The mountain breakfast.
The day always starts with a lovely large breakfast, including the obligatory oatmeal porridge. This sets you up perfectly for the day’s activities. If you would like to take a picnic lunch with you for the day, you can put one together from our large sandwich buffet. Don't forget to bring your Thermos so we can fill it up with freshly-brewed coffee. Or perhaps you’d prefer hot chocolate? The dinner.
After a long activity-filled day, or even if you've perhaps just taken it easy all day, a proper dinner is always good. At our hotel a set menu dinner is included, comprised of carefully prepared classic Swedish dishes, with all food cooked from scratch. To make sure you really get full, the hot dish is always served as a buffet. And a salad and cheese buffet is also included with dinner. Along with coffee and tea, of course. In the winter you eat a three-course dinner, and in summer a two-course dinner. Combining food and beverages is important to us. We have an interesting and well-planned wine and beer list, compiled by the hotel’s own sommelier. And we of course offer non-alcoholic options. The Bar and the fireplace.
In our bar in the dining room, we have a wonderful open fireplace where you can get cosy, read a book, or maybe challenge someone to a board game. We serve a range of drinks including steaming hot mulled wine, thirst-quenching Aperol Spritz, or if you prefer a classic: hot chocolate with whipped cream. You can also step out from here onto our large veranda that has a view of the entire mountain chain. Enjoying the spring sunshine from here it almost unbeatable.
